At www.Kumaransilksonline.com, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any product you have ordered from us. If you are not satisfied with any product, the item(s) or in the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if the product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the product unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original packaging and may also be exchanged.
NOTE: Credit cannot be applied if proper return procedures are not followed. Items purchased at the Kumaran Silks retail store in Chennai may not be returned to our online store.
NOTE: Store exchange is not applicable for online products and online products are not eligible to be exchanged in store

When I return items, do I have to pay for shipping and how do I return the item to Kumaransilksonline.com ?
All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. For your protection, we recommend that you use a reputed courier or insured Parcel Post for your return. Enclose the original packing slip with the item and make sure to keep a copy of the packing slip for your records. Ship the return package to

When can I expect my refund?
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. We will notify you via email of your refund once we've processed the returned item. Please note that your original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item and the size does not fit contact a Customer Service Representative within 7 days of delivery at 91 44 24348844. Please supply the representative with your order number, item number, and tracking number from your original confirmation e-mail. The representative will also need your e-mail address and phone number. www.kumaransilksonline.com will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return. If you do not contact Customer Service, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.
If there is extensive damage to the carton, contact our Customer Service representative immediately at +91 44 24348844. Please have your order number available when you contact the Customer Service Representative.
Refund on Returns
We will not refund the customs duties, taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at the time of receiving the goods. At any point in time, the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.
There is an admin/credit card commission cost of Rs 100 will be deducted for refund. If the refund is issued as a gift voucher there is no charge applicable.
For orders placed using the Bank Transfer payment method, refunds would be issued only as Gift Vouchers and in such cases, there would not be any admin cost as mentioned above.
Shipping cost would be deducted for refund since we offer free shipping all over India.
Note : We would entertain the return, only if it is sent with the successful submission of the Return Authorisation Form.
Returns would not be accepted for custom made/stitched clothing, including readymade stitched Sarees or Sarees stitched with custom blouse, Jewels. However, we would accept returns if there is any faults from our end.
We do not accept any returns after 7 days of receiving the shipment.
All products should be returned in original condition with tags intact as attached in the dress. Presence of original tags is a must to accept returns.
Any complaint with regards to damage or stains or sizes not fit or stitching and any other should be reported to us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for a digital picture of the same in order to review the same.
