What is the kumaransilksonline.com return policy?
At www.Kumaransilksonline.com,
we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any product you have
ordered from us. If you are not satisfied with any product, the item(s) or in the unlikely event
that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is
damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had
ordered, you may return the product unused, and in the same condition as you
received it, in its original packaging along with original tags within 15 days of delivery. Items
must be returned in original packaging and may also be exchanged.
NOTE: Credit cannot be applied if
proper return procedures are not followed. Items purchased at the Kumaran Silks
retail store in Chennai may not be returned to our online store.

It is easy to return products purchased from www.kumaransilksonline.com. Just fill the returns form in the link given here, RETURN AUTHORISATION FORM before sending any returns.

When can I expect my refund?
You can expect a refund in the
same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our
receiving your returned product. We will
notify you via email of your refund once we've processed the return item.
Please note that your original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Damaged or Defective Items
Refund on Returns:
We will not refund the custom duties, taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.
At any point of time the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.
There is an admin/credit card
commission cost of Rs 100 will be deducted for refund. If refund is issued as a
gift voucher there is no charge applicable.
For orders placed using Bank
Transfer payment method refunds would be issued only as Gift Vouchers and in
such cases there would not be any admin cost as mentioned above.
Shipping cost would be deducted for
refund, since we offer free shipping all over India.
Please Note
We would entertain the return, only
if it is sent with the successful submission of the Return Authorisation Form.
Returns would not be accepted for
custom made / stitched clothing, including readymade stitched Sarees or Sarees
stitched with custom blouse, Jewels. However, we would accept returns if there
is any faults from our end.
We do not accept any returns after 15
days of receiving the shipment.
All products should be returned in
original condition with tags intact as attached in the dress. Presence of
original tags is a must to accept returns.
Any complaint with regards to damage
or stains or stitching or any other should be reported to us within 24 hrs of
the receipt of the products. We may ask for a digital picture of the same in
order to review the same.
