We ship to over 200 countries all over the world. All International shipping locations are listed as options during checkout. Shipping Charges are based on shipping destination and weight of product purchased at 500 gram slabs.
We normally ship your orders within 2-3 working days. However if your order is customized, shipping might take up to 10 days or in some cases, we may take longer, up to 7 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from our suppliers. If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because a item is out of stock or If there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail.
We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. and your order will reach you through the express companies as per their delivery schedule and depending on the delivery address. To ensure safe delivery of the products are 3 layers packed. All orders shipped are fully insured with no extra cost to you.
In order to provide good service and timely and efficient deliveries, please give us a clear and complete shipping address with contact telephone/mobile numbers at checkout.
In case you would like to change the shipping address you have specified while placing the order, you can send us a message at email@example.com clearly mentioning your order number and we will try to accommodate the change if the goods have not been dispatched from our end.

We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest
Shipping charges are typically non-refundable, unless the product is returned due to a manufacturing defect. kumaransilksonline.com reserves the right to determine whether the product has a manufacturing defect or otherwise.
Customers with shipping addresses outside of India are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order.
